Leslie Jimenez is a multi-disciplinary artist and educator based in New York. Jimenez graduated with honors from Parsons, The New School.

 

She has been awarded residencies by The Sugar Hill children’s Museum of art & storytelling, Create Change Fellowship and residency by The Laundromat project and recently, Wassaic Project.

 

Her work combines drawing, sculpture, installation and it has been mentioned in the New York Times, Manhattan Times, Financial Times and featured on PBS, NYC Arts, CNN en Español en others. Jimenez’s work has been exhibited in museum and galleries nationally and abroad. Including el Museo del Barrio, Elizabeth Dee, Sugar Hill Museum, Cheim & Read, Rush Arts Galleries and more.
